GZS type quartz glass tube liquid level gauge

GZS type quartz glass tube liquid level gauge is of local display. The features of mechanics, mechanical, electric and optics of quartz glass tube are superior to nominal glass tube. Furthermore, it is superior to nominal glass tube liquid level gauge because of the action of refraction and reflection, it has bicolor characteristic. And therefore it can be applied to measure fluid level of various kinds of industrial equipments such as pot, tower, tank and box. And particularly apply to measure the high temperature, high temperature difference, high pressure and acid fluid level. And because of the double color indicating action, it can specially affect the high temperature, normal temperature boiler liquid level double color indicating directly.

Our quartz glass tube liquid level gauges all adopt SiO2  quartz glass, purity is 99.99%, transform temperature is 1075, compression resisting is 1000MPa(10,000kgf/cm2), factor of expansion is 5.5×10-7. And quartz glass tube, according to the standard of JC225-81, after special dealing, make to transparent quartz glass tube as the meter measuring body. And after the delicate design of meter structure, the gauge has the characteristics of clear display, high ability of resist compression, convenience to install, protect and maintain.
