1) the working principle of UR type electric resist liquid level Transducer:  

UR type electric resist liquid level transducer matches with magnetic double color liquid level

 gauge, its working principle is that magnetic floater moves up and down, floater goes with fluid, to  a location, the magnetic body in the floater interacts with some reed tube and then transducer produces a fix resist value. So the resist value is in proportion to the digit of liquid level, then the resist value can stand for liquid location digit. If UB type liquid level transmitter matched with intelligent digital display instrument, display instrument transforms the value of the UR type resist transducer to relative liquid level digit and imitation display of light steam.

2) UB type electric resist and current liquid level transmitter

UB type liquid level transmitter, on the basis of that UR type liquid level transducer value matches with the actual liquid location, transformed by a set of special electric current, outputs standard signal of 4~20mA to digital display instrument correspondent to actual liquid level, so as to realize remote transmission in the scope of 0~3m to overcome the defect that the resist value of digital instrument changes with the length of transmission.

4) Calibration:

connect D.C24V electric power when calibration and read current value through multifunction gauge.

Imitation calibration: using resist box imitating UR transducer resist value.

4mA(zero location)calibration: resistance box resist value set to zero, then adjust UB transmitter zero button, to read output current to 4mA.

20mA (full scale) calibration: adjust resistance box resist value to the value of UR type transducers full scale. Adjust button measuring range to make transmitter output value read 20mA. At last repeat the zero and full scale, and then complete the task.

Practice calibration: UR transducer installed in magnetic floater liquid level gauge, UB type transmitter installs in line-connecting box of UR type, and connect line, electric power and the digital electric current meters which measuring output electric current as stipulated.

 4mA (zero location) calibration: set liquid location to zero, adjust UB button zero to its outputting current read as 4mA.

20mA (full scale) calibration: set liquid location to full scale (whose full scale resist value is 4k), then adjust the button (measuring range) to the digital when transmitter output a current of 20mA, repeat the operation, the calibration has been completed.
